    November 2019 Book Releases

*Hello loves! I’ve decided to make a list of all the great books coming out in November. Something I’ve learned from my time as a book lover is that there is not a good source for book releases. I mean, there’s Goodreads, but that is user created so books can be added to release lists that don’t exactly release that month. Or, they are reprints. If you are like me at all you only want to know what NEW books are coming out. So, this is my effort to create a somewhat comprehensive list of new releases.

    November 2019 New Releases

Most of these books are going to be in the Fantasy or Sci-fi genre. They are my main genres of choice and I’m not going to be searching around the internet for new books from authors/genres I’m not familiar with. That just doesn’t seem like a good use of my time. I just thought it would be fair to warn you ahead of time so you don’t get disappointed if you are looking for the latest contemporary release. You won’t find those here.

    November 5 Releases

    *The Deep by Rivers Solomon
    *Winterwood by Shea Ernshaw

There are a lot of books releasing on the 5th! I didn’t realize that so many were coming out all at once. I’m excited to get quite a few of these! I’ve starred (*) them so you know which ones I’m buying.

    The Netflix Book Tag

*It’s another book tag! These are so much fun! It’s a challenge but also great to see what books stand out to me the most. When you read this you’ll see what my favorite series is. It’s mentioned several times and I’m not sorry for it. Heehee. Also! This tag was originally created by A Darker Shade of Whitney on Youtube. I love to give credit where it’s deserved so here you go!

    1. Recently Watched: The last book you finished reading.

The last book I finished reading was Kingdom of Ash by Sarah J Maas. It was such a good ending to an amazing series!

    2. Top Picks: A book/books that have been recommended based on books you have previously read

    Ninth House by Leigh Bardugo
Serpent & Dove by Shelby Mahurin
The Bone Houses by Emily Lloyd-Jones

    3. Recently Added: The last book you bought.

The last book I bought was Frozen Tides by Morgan Rhodes.

    4. Popular on Netflix: Books that everyone knows about.(2 you have read, 2 you have no interest in)

    Carry On by Rainbow Rowell
A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J Maas
    Harry Potter by JK Rowling
Queen of Nothing by Holly Black
I’ll let you guess which two I’ve read and which ones I have no interest in. πŸ™‚

    5. Comedies: A funny book.

I don’t read any books that are solid comedy but I do appreciate books that make me laugh. My favorite are books with sassy characters. One, in particular, is the A Court of Thorns and Roses series by Sarah J Maas.

    6. Dramas: A character who is a drama queen/king.

America from The Selection got on my nerves so much. I thought she was a complete idiot and dramatic to top it off.

    7. Animated: A book with cartoons on the cover.

I have quite a few of these. The Nevernight series by Jay Kristoff have β€œanimated” covers.

    8. Watch it Again: A book/series you want to reread.

SO MANY! My number one is A Court of Thorns and Roses series.

    9. Documentaries: A non-fiction book you’d recommend to everyone.

Anything by Dr. Caroline Leaf! She’s a neuroscientist and her books have changed my life!

    10. Action and Adventure: An action-packed book.

Queen of Shadows by Sarah J Maas. Really you could just read any book by her.

    11. New Releases: A book that just came out or will be coming out soon that you can’t wait to read.

Starsight by Brandon Sanderson! It releases on the 26th of November and I am all over it!

This tag was so fun! I am definitely going to do more of these. I’ll just make sure I spread them out. No need to overdo it now. Lol. If you didn’t notice one of my all-time favorite book series is A Court of Thorns and Roses. It’s why it features a lot when I get asked questions. It’s always on my mind and I’m not one to resist talking about it.

I hope you enjoyed reading my answers! You are also welcome to do this tag yourself if you want!

    Happy reading,

    Alicen
